Structural Work

A building's quality starts at the foundations.

Structural work is one of the most important stages of construction.

The precision of the foundations, the reinforced concrete structures, the masonry and the floor slabs fundamentally determines the geometry of the whole building and the quality of every work phase that follows.

We undertake structural work for family houses, multi-unit buildings, smaller industrial and commercial properties, and other facilities.

What structural work do we carry out?

Foundations

Proper foundations are the basis of an entire building’s safety.

During construction, precisely following the structural plans, the geotechnical conditions, the site layout, and correct concreting and reinforcement work is an essential requirement.

At this stage, the waterproofing connected to the foundation structures and other junctions already need to be coordinated with the wall structures and floor build-ups that follow.

Reinforced Concrete Structures

When building cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures, the following are especially important:

Later repairs are often only possible with major intervention, which is why proper preparation and inspection matter especially in structural work.

Reinforced Concrete Floor Slabs

We undertake the construction of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slabs, from formwork and propping through reinforcement to concreting.

For floor slabs, the mechanical and electrical penetrations, the fittings embedded in the slab, and other connecting structures need to be coordinated before construction even starts.

Smaller Reinforced Concrete Frame Buildings

We also undertake structural work for smaller reinforced concrete column-and-beam frame buildings.

For these structures, geometric precision and the correct formwork and detailing of the junctions fundamentally determine what is possible in the later facade, masonry and trade work.

Reinforced Screeds

Alongside our structural work, we also carry out reinforced screeds and other floor build-ups.

The flatness, layer build-up and correct expansion jointing of the screed matter especially for the tiling and flooring work that follows.

Retaining Walls and Engineering Structures

We also undertake the construction of smaller retaining walls, fence structures and engineering structures.

For these, proper foundations, drainage, reinforcement and structural design matter just as much as they do for a building’s main load-bearing structure.

Precision and Verifiability

Many details created during structural work end up completely covered by later work phases.

This is why the following matter especially:
