In our own metalworking shop, we custom-fabricate steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures, from smaller locksmith-type items to larger structural building elements.
Our workshop’s technology lets us machine and weld all three material groups, so we can build structures based on the plans, the site conditions and the specific requirements. Alongside fabrication, we also undertake delivering the structures to site, erecting and installing them.
We carry out steel structure work both as a standalone commission and as part of our own general contracting projects.
Our work covers the fabrication and on-site erection of, among others, the following structures:
Alongside standard structures, we also make one-off custom elements and small series.
Our workshop is not limited to processing traditional structural steel.
Because of its high load capacity, formability and weldability, steel can be used for a wide range of buildings’ and other facilities’ load-bearing and auxiliary structures.
Among other things, we make from steel:
We use stainless steel mainly where enhanced corrosion resistance, durability or a refined appearance are needed.
These can include, for example:
Thanks to its light weight and corrosion resistance, aluminium is well-suited to many custom architectural and technical structures.
Our workshop is also equipped to fabricate and weld aluminium structures, so we undertake custom aluminium constructions as well.
We undertake the fabrication and on-site erection of steel support structures for buildings, halls, roofs and other facilities.
Fabrication is carried out based on the available structural and shop drawings. Alongside precise workshop work, we place great importance on coordinating the on-site supporting structures, connections, fixing points and adjoining building structures.
In our own metalworking shop, we also fabricate and erect custom steel- and metal-framed staircase structures on site.
Staircases can be made for indoor or outdoor use, as a full metal structure or combined with other materials.
We tailor the support structure to the specific building’s geometry, the storey height, the floor-slab opening and the supporting structures. On request, we also make the railing that goes with the staircase and other accessory metal structures.
Fabrication can be in steel, stainless steel, or an aluminium structure suited to the specific task.
We undertake the fabrication and installation of custom steel and aluminium fence elements, and complete fence structures.
The fence’s design can be tailored to the building’s architectural appearance. Among others, we make bar, louvred, sheet-infill and other custom designs.
The gates that go with them can be made using the same materials and appearance.
We undertake the custom fabrication and on-site installation of indoor and outdoor railings.
A railing structure can be:
We make railings for staircases, terraces, balconies and galleries, as well as other custom safety and architectural metal structures.
One of the biggest advantages of having our own metalworking shop is that we aren’t limited to manufacturing predefined product types.
Based on a custom design or a specific technical requirement, we also make steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures built for one particular building, technology or site condition.
In custom fabrication, we tailor the structure’s size, material, connections, surface finish and method of installation to the specific task.
This can include, for example:
A structure is only right when it is not only made precisely in the workshop, but also fits properly on site to the supporting structures.
That is why our work does not necessarily end with fabrication.
The task can also include:
On our complex construction projects, we can coordinate the metalworking shop’s output directly with the structural work and the other construction phases.
Surface protection suited to the environmental conditions is one of the basic requirements for a steel structure’s long-term usability.
Depending on the structure’s purpose and location, various corrosion-protection solutions can be applied.
Choosing the surface protection needs to take into account, among other things:
For stainless steel and aluminium, alongside the material’s own corrosion resistance, proper machining and surface finishing matter too.
If you’re planning to have a steel, stainless steel or aluminium structure fabricated, send us any plans, sketches, or a short description of the task.
From fabrication to on-site installation, we’ll discuss the structure’s technical design and the options for delivering it.
